1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed inShop Sweet Trio t RietShop (hereinafterSweet Trio), located at 6022 Grosswangen, Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Services and Products
All offers in Shop non-binding. The products are freshly handmade. Minor variations in shape, color, or weight are due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
3. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract
A contract is formed as soon as an order isShop through theShop andTrio by Sweet Trio . Sweet Trio the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable sales tax. Payment can be made via Stripe or TWINT using a credit card, TWINT, or Klarna.
The goods remain the property of Sweet Trio until full payment has been received.
5. Shipping and Pickup
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are CHF per order.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free in 6010 Kriens or 6022 Grosswangen.
6. Delivery Times
Since all products are made fresh to order, delivery times are typically 3–7 business days. Delays caused by shortages of raw materials or postal delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Since all products are custom-made and freshly prepared, there is no right of return or cancellation (see policy).
If the delivery is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
8. Liability
Sweet Trio only for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages.
9. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, to the extent permitted by law.
